124 * Magic keys are hotkey commands that allow control over firmware functions of
125 * the keyboard. They are best used in combination with the HID Listen program,
126 * found here: https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/hid_listen.html
127 *
128 * The options below allow the magic key functionality to be changed. This is
129 * useful if your keyboard/keypad is missing keys and you want magic key support.

1# snampad
2
3![snampad](https://imgur.com/gallery/tPDHeB9?s=fbm)
4
5A small weekend project to create a numeric keypad for the few times I need such a thing.
6I created the schematics in Kicad, 3D printed the case, handwired the prototype, used some
7spare Zealios, Box Royals and SA keycaps.
8
9When I get some time I'd like to make a PCB for it.
10
11It uses a promicro controller and the reset button has been made availabe through a hole in the backplate.
12
13
14Keyboard Maintainer: [Peter Tillemans](https://github.com/ptillemans)
15Hardware Supported: Promicros are ubiquitous.
16Hardware Availability: This uses essentially spares from other projects
17
18
19Make example for this keyboard (after setting up your build environment):
20
21 make snampad:default
22
23See the [build environment setup](https://docs.qmk.fm/#/getting_started_build_tools) and the [make instructions](https://docs.qmk.fm/#/getting_started_make_guide) for more information. Brand new to QMK? Start with our [Complete Newbs Guide](https://docs.qmk.fm/#/newbs).

4# Processor frequency.
5# This will define a symbol, F_CPU, in all source code files equal to the
6# processor frequency in Hz. You can then use this symbol in your source code to
7# calculate timings. Do NOT tack on a 'UL' at the end, this will be done
8# automatically to create a 32-bit value in your source code.
9#
10# This will be an integer division of F_USB below, as it is sourced by
11# F_USB after it has run through any CPU prescalers. Note that this value
12# does not *change* the processor frequency - it should merely be updated to
13# reflect the processor speed set externally so that the code can use accurate
