[Keyboard] Add handwired keyboard "Tennie" (#5507)
* Add tennie
* Jacobs Functions
* Switch back to normal layout
* Remove define from old template
* Fix broken keymaps
* Correct style errors, add bootlite
* Update readmes. Rename test keymap
